Long before Rivaaz was a name, Saurabh was busy building his craft in some of Melbourne’s most respected Indian kitchens. He spent years leading the kitchens at Jai Ho Indian Restaurant and Tikka Shikka, feeding thousands of guests, catering hundreds of events, and refining every recipe until it was worth serving.
Along the way, he learned two things. Great Indian food is never rushed. And no event is ever really about the food alone. It is about the people around the table, the moments they share, and the memories that stay with them.
